Important information for Contributory delegates

Group pick-ups on the fixed times from Mayiladuthura railway station for the trains coming from Chennai side (there are several trains for this station from Chennai) and Pondicherry railway stations for the trains coming from northern side on 21 and 22 October, and from Trichy and Pondicherry airports on 21 and 22 October will be arranged for the delegates on payment basis. Charges for these will depend upon the size of the group (of 4-6 by taxi, of 10-20 by Tempo Traveler, etc). Those who want to avail this facility should inform us with name and address, date and time of arrival with flight/train name and number. Last date to book this is 30 Sep 2026. Payment details will be informed in due course (once we know the group size).

Return transport will also be provided which should also be booked in advance together.
